Summary: Wonderful hotel for our 10 day stay. All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us. Very clean hotel and the location is perfect for easy access to shops, restuarants, river trips etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year. Thank you all so much.
